All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final.
Damaged or Defective Items
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be returned for inspection
Inspection & Eligibility
All returned products will be inspected by our technical team.
Replacements will not be issued if the damage is determined to be caused by:
- Misuse or mishandling
- Unauthorized modification
- Shipping damage not caused by SpearPC or its approved carriers
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping of the damaged item to SpearPC for assessment
- If the product qualifies for replacement, SpearPC will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer

- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
